Long before there was a category called “Special Mission Aircraft”, CITC was in the business of Critical Infrastructure Protection that integrated the airborne element, modifying airplanes with the design integrity, versatility, reliability and capability to perform specific highly technical military and civilian airborne special mission duties. These capabilities have been combined with state-of-the-art concepts and advanced technology to deliver some of the most specialized mission aircraft in the world.

Our Approach:

  • We use the most recent experienced operators with to assist in defining customer requirements. This is from a holistic perspective of air, ground, network, logistics, and operations perspective.

  • This CONOPS and Requirements Process helps us refine Customer specifications and mission needs.

  • Then Utilizing highly experienced project leaders and integrated program teams to bring systems from concept of operations through design, integration, test and acceptance, the solutions are accomplished on an accelerated schedule without sacrificing quality, capability, reliability and supportability.

  • We work in close cooperation with the Customer to help define Acceptance Procedures.
    When required or when Customer directed, we bring the aircraft OEM into the design process for complete airworthiness confidence.

  • We deliver a fully airworthy and compliant program with a full Integrated Logistics Support program that provides Customer defined:

  • Training (operator ad repair technician)

  • Spares

  • Publications

  • Field Service Representatives

  • Support Equipment

  • Warranty

The systems are selected and designed for field reliability and predictable performance so Customers can count on them when the capabilities mean saving lives.

 

CITC is Platform and Sensor Agnostic. Our team works with a variety of vendors across major disciplines to offer Customers the most appropriate sensors for their particular mission needs, regardless of source.

 

CITC’s special mission aircraft solution discriminators include mature AS9100C and AS9110 compliant; FAA Part 145 repair station; access to engineering expertise and technologies across the range of engineering disciplines; demonstrated rapid reaction capability; and the ability to deliver on schedule, at a low cost. What may not match the large integration companies with size, but we also do not match their cost.
